Beginning January 2010, Henkels Corporation, makers of Loctite products, have discontinued the Loctite 270 Product. They are replacing orders for Loctite 270 with Loctite 263, which is RED in color.

The Loctite 263 actually works better for our application on the JL Paralever Bushings, since the initial cure time is slower, allowing more time to make adjustments on assembly, while offering adequate locking strength for this challenging application.

     This is the correct threadlocker for BMW Paralever and swingarm pivot pins. This product is recommended when installing our replacement Paralever Bushing Kit. Product is red in color, hardening.
